A friend of mine who frequently picked me up from Kuching’s Pending Wharf told me that whenever I arrived at Kuching from Sarikei, it would start to rain. Even though it was sunny at 4pm, but when the boat I’m taking are approaching Pending Wharf area around 4.30pm, it would start to rain!
Well, it didn’t rain today when I arrived at Kuching at 4.30pm. Maybe it’s because I took a taxi to Segi College instead of the usual being picked up by my friend.
But when I stepped into my friend’s car at 5.30pm, it started to rain!
Maybe it required the combination of me and my friend’s car to make the rain come. LOL….
Following the fuel price hike, local transportation companies has started to raise their fares. The normal fare for Ekpres Bahagia boat trip from Kuching to Sarikei is now priced RM40. Previously it was RM35. That is RM5 or 14% increment; which is almost equivalent to the price of one normal lunch (Economy/Chicken Rice + Drinks).

One of my friend had just returned from KL few days ago and the first thing out from the mouth is about how the taxi driver overcharging or refusing to go to destination. I was reading my daily ping from PPS and had already read 2 post regarding the taxi driver as well. One of the blogger, Shaolin Tiger had an accident with careless taxi diver and poor Eve get scammed by the taxi driver a few times in one day!
Moo Moo is my Kuching neighbour’s puppy. He is very playful and friendly. Each time when he see my car stop in front of house, he will run to my house and greet me with his smiling face.
Moo Moo is not his real name. I called him Moo Moo because of his white and black color; which make him looks like a cow. Ha ha…
