Motorcycle Road Tax
I am extremely pissed with JPJ Sarikei. Why? Cause they run out of Motorcycle Road Tax. Since yesterday afternoon. And even until this morning they still have no stock. How the hell can you be running out of something this important that worth RM2!

Post Office Queue Number
Another option to renew the road tax is at Post Office Sarikei. So I took a number and have a seat. Current number is 2038 and my number is 2054. 16 people in front of me. Waited for 15 minutes and when it’s my turn, they said “JPJ offine lar. Come again in an hour”.

JPJ stands for “JABATAN PENGANGKUTAN JALAN” in BM and “ROAD TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT” in English.
Let’s have a look at their slogan

Yeah right…..Does running out of Road Tax part of the parcel for Quality Public Service?
Each year, all the vehicles in Malaysia are required to pay for Road Tax. If it expired and you are so unlucky to be checked by the police or JPJ enforcer, you will be slapped with a summon of RM300. Freaking RM300 for RM2 Motorcycle Road Tax which the JPJ Sarikei seems to run out of stock! There are also rumors that even JPJ Sibu also run out of stock. This is madnesssss!
So is this all my complaint for JPJ Sarikei? Hell Noooo!!!

*#@% government sector that i would said “not effecient” at all… this kind of thing shouldnt happen… dont u have “stock monitoring” system… or “stock check” ??
if people get caught what can u guys do for them?? or can u accept excuses from us saying that i run out of money… can i renew it next month + excuses not getting a summon if get stopped by police / JPJ??

For Sarikei case, I would say most of the city people support opposition party. But there are also many votes from those whom live in rural area and most of them are not very exposed to current issues.
