Time to introduce one of the delicacies in Sarikei. Yummy!!
This is Big Prawn Asam Tom Yam. The soup has the combination of spicy, sour and a bit sweet taste. The one I ate has Bee Hoon but you can also change to others like Mee or Kueh Tiau to suit your taste. The main highlights will be the big prawn. For each bowl, you will get not quarter or half but 1 FULL size of big prawn. My saliva felt like dripping as I’m typing this. Ha ha…
This is highly recommend for anyone who wanted to enjoy Sarikei’s food. It is priced at RM15, i think. Thanks to Winston for treating me this.
You can enjoy this spicy food at Glory Cafe, Sarikei. You should be able to locate this coffee shop easily as it is located next to one and only Magnum 4D shop in Sarikei. It is just two block away and a few minutes walk from Terminal Two wharf, the place where the Ekspres Bahagia boat to or from Kuching will stop. Come have a bite if you happen to be in Sarikei.
