I have this Kompiah at one of the coffee shop at Jalan Pedada when I was in Sibu. You can find this delicacy in most of the coffee shop in Sibu.Sibu Kompia 1

The Kompiah wll first be deep fried in oil. Then it is sliced in the middle. Minced pork meat cooked in soy sauce will be stuffed in the middle of Kompia. Yuuuummy!!!!

    And there are lots more delicacies around Sibu. Sibu is truly a food heaven for all, especially that the price is relatively low if compared to other places in Sarawak.
